this week in Naples, Florida to expand their manufacturing
and distribution facility with construction of a new 15,000
square foot state of the art facility. Goldcoast Salads
experienced extraordinary growth in their first five years,
outgrowing their current plant on J&C Boulevard. Goldcoast
Salads Maine Lobster Spread and Blue Crab Dip, sold exclusively
at Costco Locations in the Southeast, Midwest, Texas and
Puerto Rico has become one of the best selling deli items;
#1 selling deli item in the Southeast. The new facility
is scheduled to open in early 2007.

Congratulations
to Goldcoast Salads in Naples, Florida. Their Maine Lobster
Spread has become the #1 selling deli item for Costco Locations
in the Southeast. The Maine Lobster Spread is made with
70% fresh Maine lobster meat, combined with mayonnaise,
whitefish and panko (Japanese breadcrumbs). It first became
a hit in Florida in 2001, and with the opening in 2005
of their Regional Sales Office in Atlanta, the growth and
popularity of this delicious spread has surpassed all expectations.

launch the new Goldcoast Salads.com product and information
Website. Features of the Website provide site visitors
with the ability to search for Goldcoast Salads products
such as their Maine Lobster Spread and Blue Crab Dip, which
is sold exclusively at COSTCO locations in the United States
and Puerto Rico.

Salads opened their new manufacturing facility in Naples
this week. The headquarters moved from their original location
in Naples at J & C Blvd to the new 3565 Plover Avenue
location on Monday, April 9th. Their pale yellow two story
building is beautifully designed with top of the line interiors
and state of the art manufacturing. Goldcoast Salads currently
produces two products, Maine Lobster Spread and Blue Crab
Dip. With the expansion of their manufacturing facility
they have room to grow and are looking at offering new
products in the future. Stay tuned! This company is recognized
as one of the best for deli spreads and their products
currently can be purchased in over 200 Costco locations
throughout the states.
