Crab or Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms Yields 30-36 medium sized mushrooms
Angel Hair Pasta with Smoked Salmon Vodka Dill Cream Sauce (Yields 2 entrees)
Ingredients½ lb angel hair pasta 2 oz wild smoked salmon 4 oz GCS Smoked Salmon Spread 1 plum tomato diced 7 medium sized asparagus small cuts 1 pint heavy cream 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp fresh dill 2 tbsp vodka
Directions
- Pre cook angel hair and cool and set aside -Slice smoked salmon, diced tomatoes, cut asparagus, and chop fresh dill -In a medium sized sauté pan add oil -when hot add asparagus -then quickly add tomatoes, smoked salmon -deglaze pan with vodka -then add cream and bring to a boil -then add GCS smoked salmon spread - finish with fresh dill and fold in precooked pasta
